ProHumn is a guided conversation that helps you identify the consistent pattern in how you contribute. It returns that as a Read, along with drafts you can use in interviews and elsewhere.

It is a tool for language and self-understanding. It is not a job board, a recruiting agency, an employment service, or a provider of career, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Nothing it produces is professional advice of any kind.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

• —Accurate details. Use an email address you control. We use it to sign you in and to reach you about your account.
• —Your credentials, your responsibility. Keep them private, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
• —Your answers should be your own. The product only works on real evidence from your own working life. Fabricated input produces a Read that is worth nothing to you.

The conversation is free to start, and you see the pattern in how you contribute before you are asked to pay. Continuing to the full Read (all the evidence, the drafts, interview answers, export, and private links) is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

If we change the price, the change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect; it never reaches back to a Read you have already bought. If the Read does not sound like you, we refund it.

Your Read is yours once purchased. Export it whenever you like, and it leaves with you.

Your answers are yours. Your Read is yours. We claim no ownership of either, and we do not treat what you tell us as content we are free to reuse.

To run the service we need a narrow, revocable license to store, process, and display your content back to you, and to send it to the vendors listed in our Privacy Policy for the sole purpose of generating and delivering your Read. That license exists only to operate the product for you. It does not let us publish your content, market with it, sell it, or train models on it. There is no opt-in that changes this: we do not train models on your content under any setting.

The ProHumn software, interface, brand, wordmark, symbol, prompts, methodology, and the structure of the Read remain ours. Your purchase gives you the right to use the service, not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or rebuild it, and not to use our name or marks without written permission.

Do not use ProHumn to do the following. This list is short because the product surface is small.

• —No impersonation. Do not build a Read for someone else's career and present it as your own, or create an account in another person's name.
• —No scraping or automation. No bots, crawlers, or bulk extraction of the service or other users' shared Reads.
• —No abuse of the system. No attempts to breach security, exceed rate limits, or extract prompts or model behavior.
• —No unlawful or harmful content. Do not submit content that is illegal, or that discloses someone else's confidential information without the right to do so.

The questions you are asked and the first draft of your Read are produced by a large language model. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly worded. Every line is offered to you as a draft to correct, not a conclusion to accept, and you are responsible for what you choose to publish or say.

We make no claim that the Read is a complete or objective account of you. Any interpretation, including ours, is incomplete; that position is stated in our philosophy and it is a term of this agreement, not a marketing line.

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, promotions, pay increases, recruiter attention, or any other employment outcome, and we do not represent any employer. We are not a party to your dealings with any company, and we take no fee from employers for access to you.

The LinkedIn kit produces text for you to paste. ProHumn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with LinkedIn or any other platform, and we do not post, connect, or act on your behalf. How you use those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.

We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change; we will not remove something material to a purchased Read without notice and a way to export it.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, for unlawful use, or where required by law. In every one of those cases we will give notice and a stated reason unless the law prevents it. If we terminate a purchased account without cause, we refund what you paid.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, lost earnings, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you hold that cannot be limited by contract, including consumer rights in your jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. We will email you before a material change takes effect, and continuing to use ProHumn after that date means you accept the revised terms.
