In one guided conversation, it helps you surface how you are built to contribute — the pattern that runs through your work, in your own words. What you walk away with is your Read.

It is a thinking partner, not a career counselor. You remain the authority on your own experience.


A few clarifications.

  • Not a personality test or assessment with a score.
  • Not career advice or job placement.
  • Not a replacement for a coach, therapist, or counselor.
  • Not a tool that decides anything about you — it reflects, you decide.

How the AI works.

ProHumn uses a large language model with specific instructions for the guided conversation.

A guided conversation

One conversation moves through a lightweight sequence — from what came before your career, through the roles you have held, to how you are built to contribute.

Pattern recognition

The AI notices what persists across your stories — the contribution that shows up regardless of title or context.

Reflects, not prescribes

The AI offers observations and asks if they resonate. You remain the authority on your own experience.

Adapts to what you share

The AI slows down when heavier content emerges and gives space for it.


Important limitations.

Like all AI systems, this has limitations you should know about.

Pattern recognition is not perfect

The AI may notice patterns that do not fit, or miss ones that matter. Trust your own sense of what resonates.

It only knows what you share

Context you do not mention is not considered. The AI does not search external data, pull from LinkedIn, or make assumptions.

Cultural context may be limited

The AI was trained primarily on English-language text and may not fully understand every cultural context around work and identity.

It sometimes makes mistakes

Correct it. Say “that does not feel right.” You are the authority.


Fairness & bias.

ProHumn makes observations about how you are built to contribute, drawn from what you share. Any AI system can carry bias — in the model underneath it, in the way questions are framed, or in how it interprets different ways of telling a story. We take that seriously.

Our commitment:

  • We are building ProHumn against an established responsible-AI framework, with fairness as a requirement, not an afterthought.
  • We review how the experience works across different kinds of careers, backgrounds, and ways of communicating — so the questions and the reflections do not favor one kind of person over another.
  • Before opening to the public at scale, we assess the experience for bias and document what we find.

If your Read does not feel accurate

You are the authority on your own experience. If something the AI reflects back does not fit — or feels like it misreads who you are — tell us.

Use the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of this page and flag it as inaccurate. Every flag is reviewed, and it directly informs how we improve the experience.

We would rather hear that we got it wrong than have you carry an assessment that is not true to you.


You can speak instead of type.

Voice input is optional. When you use it:

  • Voice is converted to text in your browser before sending — audio does not leave your device until you submit.
  • You see the text before it is sent — nothing is shared until you submit.
  • You can edit the text before sending.
  • Audio is not stored.

Your data.

How we handle what you share.

Your reflection content is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Never sold

Your reflections are never sold to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Exportable

Export your Read as a PDF anytime. Your words, your document, your data.

Deletable

Request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

The AI slows down when heavy content emerges — layoffs, failures, grief — and offers space for what you are sharing.

Crisis detection

If you express thoughts of self-harm or crisis, the AI pauses the conversation and provides crisis resources.

No manipulative patterns

No dark patterns, no urgency tricks, no guilt-based retention. We earn your trust through transparency.

Clear boundaries

This is a thinking partner for career identity, not therapy or counseling. The AI stays focused on its scope and redirects when conversations move beyond it.
